The Rental Lifestyle Group Inc. (RLG) is an independent property management company, specializing in the leasing, maintenance and management of quality residential condominium suites. It is owned by Larry Morassutti and Gerard DiLeo.
Larry Morassutti, B.Comm., C.P.A, C.A., owns and manages a significant portfolio of residential suites in Toronto. Larry is a Trustee of Summit Industrial Income REIT, and a Director of Orlando Corporation, Canada's largest privately-owned industrial developer and landlord and is a past Trustee of CREIT (18 years). He is well respected for real estate advisory and consulting services and he has acted on behalf of financial institutions and major public and private corporations in Canada.
Gerard DiLeo, C.E.T., has diverse business experience in construction, real estate development, sales, corporate relocation research, and corporate marketing and communications. He has managed real estate properties in both Canada and the U.S. and is a regular contributor to the press on the state of the condominium rental market. Gerard has consulted to both public and private sector on the development of revenue generation and value enhancement programs in real estate.

At Rental Lifestyle Group Inc., respecting privacy is an important part of our commitment to our clients and employees. We have adopted, as Company policy, the statement of principles and guidelines regarding the minimum requirements for the protection of personal information provided by Rental Lifestyle Group Inc. to its clients and employees. The objective of the policy is to promote responsible and transparent personal information management practices in a manner consistent with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada).

6. Accuracy of Personal Information
Personal information shall be as accurate, complete, and up to date as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.
7. Security Safeguards
Rental Lifestyle Group Inc. shall protect personal information by security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
8. Openness Concerning Policies and Procedures
Rental Lifestyle Group Inc. shall make readily available to clients and employees specific information about its policies and procedures relating to the management of personal information.
9. Client and Employee Access to Personal Information
Rental Lifestyle Group Inc. shall inform a client or employee of the existence, use, and disclosure of his or her personal information upon request and shall give the individual access to that information. A client or employee shall be able to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate.
